AUTOMATIC FEEDER

Production line automation most often requires that part components be delivered to the assembly line robots and workers in a steady and predictable manner, and at a pace matching overall production speed. Included in this calculation when parts are delivered to a robot is the part presentation orientation, all of which can be difficult to optimize when part shapes and sizes are often anything but uniform.

To accomplish optimal part delivery, feeder manufacturers utilize vibration, including the patented 3-axis vibration control used by Asyril, which together with vision cameras and surface structure control allows HTE’s TECHTEAM to deliver a part feeder system that conforms to our local manufacturing customers’ needs.

VIBRATORY FEEDER

Not only do parts vary significantly in shape, but also in size.  A broad selection of parts feeders are available to accommodate parts that are less than .004” in size, and other models handle parts that are up to 6” in size.
